Yes Project has temporary solution

News has reached us today that the ‘Yes’ project is going ahead, but instead of the all-purpose singing and dancing ice palace that was expected, a temporary structure will be put in place until said Xanadu of ice is built. A hasty press release detailing the temporary plan was rushed out today by developers Bonsai Holdings. Speculation has been rife since the weekend due to Steelers GM Mike O’Connor being spotted in the car park of a branch of Wickes loading a pallet of balsa wood and a job lot of plastic sheeting into a trailer. O’Connor himself was pretty upbeat about the new plan, saying “The idea is we can run the venue ourselves, all income will be ours as we’ll be running the show. I can see big profits which will be diverted into the team, that is after we’ve paid for plexiglass, boards, pipes, an ice plant, fixtures & fittings and a Zamboni, but I hear Cardiff have one of those going cheap so we should save some cash there, eh?” Bonsai have released a CGI image of how the temporary structure will look (pictured below)

It has also been revealed that the temporary structure will be put to use as a second rink should when the project is finally completed some time in 2032. With this in mind the architects have released drawings of how the completed project will look.
